Q1: Can you print my logo on the pools?
A: Yes! You just need offer us the logo by high resolation image or AI file.
Q2. Can I have custom design with personal company logo?
A: For all our inflatables, the customerized logo and wording is available. And we will confirm
the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.
Q3: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank, Western union or Paypal.
Q4: How could I Shipping the goods?
A: We can arrange to delivery by express(DHL,UPS,TNT), air or sea according to your order
quantity. We will choose the best shipping way for you.
Q5: How long will it take to produce?
A: It all depends, large quantity will need more time. We will get start with the design once
received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually,
the production will take about 7-15 days(Exception for urgent order)
Q6: How long will it take for the delivery?
A: By express and air will take about 3- 7 days, while by sea will takes about 25~35 days.
Q7: What included in products?
A: It is included inflatable games, blower,repair kits(including the same color material, glue).
Q8: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it get damaged?
A: All our products are strictly tested from the material incoming to shipment and the quality
are reliable. However, for oversea orders, as it’s not convenient to return the damaged products,
we provide free repairing kit for customers’ repairing purpose. Normally, the reparing work is
very easy.
Q9: Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?
A: Yes, each item is equiped with enough CE/UL blowers/pumps(according to the electric system
in your country) and repair kits.
Q10: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?
A: We are a inflatable manufacturer with more than 12 years experience. We are certified by BV
and TUV. Also, we have CE, EN14960, SGS, ASTM, UL, ROHS and other certificates.
Q11: Can I check the quality before delivery?
A: Yes, once the production finished, we will send you the pictures to check. Welcome you visit
our factory to check the quality.
